PRISTINA – As many people in Kosovo prepare to celebrate Christmas, one of the major Christian holidays, I am pleased to extend my own and UNMIK's best season's greetings. May peace, happiness and hope prevail in all our hearts during this very special period, as well as throughout 2005.
Christmas is a celebration of love among all peoples, of forgiveness and generosity. It is an occasion to make special efforts to overcome individual differences and to support people in need. Let us use this time toward those ends as we work together to build a better future for all people in Kosovo.
