PRISTINA--The composition of the Central Election Commission is expected to be completed next week when its inaugural meeting will be scheduled.
The Central Election Commission will be composed of nine Kosovo members and three internationals, named by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General Bernard Kouchner.
Today the IAC endorsed a draft regulation establishing the Department of Reconstruction.
The IAC was also briefed on preparations to begin the civil registration process.
Extensive discussions were held on allegations in the international media on the alleged involvement in crime and human rights violations by members of the Kosovo Protection Corps, applicants to the KPC and former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
