PRISTINA – The SRSG Søren Jessen-Petersen strongly condemned the shooting incident of Saturday night near Strpce/Shterpce in which two Kosovo Serb men were murdered and two were injured.
"I am shocked and appalled by this senseless and tragic crime. I was briefed by the police and requested them to devote maximum attention and leave no stone unturned to catch the perpetrators of this heinous criminal act," said the SRSG.
The SRSG expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the victims on their loss.
The SRSG furthermore urged restraint, stating that "it is now up to the police to act, and I ask all those who might have information on this crime, including on those who might have committed it, to report it to the
