PRISTINA – The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) Lamberto Zannier issued the following statement on the occasion of Kurban Bajram:
“On behalf of everyone at UNMIK, I would like to congratulate all of Kosovo’s Muslims on the occasion of Kurban Bajram.
Kurban Bajram is marked by a spirit of sacrifice, generosity, tolerance, solidarity and charity. These most noble virtues can be appreciated by people of all faiths in Kosovo.
I wish everyone a peaceful and joyous celebration.”
