PRISTINA---The Chairman of the Joint Working Group on the Legal Framework, Mr. Johan Van Lamoen, issued the following statement today:
“Mr. Aleksander Simic has been appointed by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Kosovo to the Joint Working Group on the Legal Framework as the representative of the Kosovo Serb community.”
