Today, at noon Gary McCuaig, the International Prosecutor in the Llapi group trial read the indictment against Latif Gashi, Nazif Mehmeti, Naim Kadriu and Rrustem Mustafa. Please find below the full text of the indictment in English and Albanian.

United Nations Mission in Kosovo

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) was established by the Security Council in its resolution 1244 (1999). In accordance with its mandate, the Mission helps to ensure conditions for a peaceful life for all inhabitants of Kosovo.
