PRISTINA - It has come to our attention that companies and individuals both inside and outside Kosovo without authorization are using HPD documents and an outdated logo to gain personal profit facilitating real estate transactions in Kosovo.
HPD is not mandated, hence not engaged in sales of any real estate. We therefore alert the public of and advice against such use of HPD documentation.
We encourage everyone approached by individuals using HPD documentation to facilitate sale of real estate, to contact HPD for clarification.
