PRISTINA--SRSG Michael Steiner said today that he fully supports the Provisional Government’s draft law on higher education, presented to the Assembly at its request.
He said the Government had produced a ‘workable compromise’ and that during his talks with political leaders, they also supported the Government on this issue.
