SRSG regular consultations in Belgrade

From 22 to 23 August, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo, Zahir Tanin, held meetings with the top political leaders in Belgrade as part of his regular consultations ahead of the next session of the UN Security Council on Kosovo.

Issues of mutual interest that were discussed included the ongoing process of normalization of relations and the high level dialogue in Brussels.

During his visit, SRSG Tanin also met with the ambassadors of China, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
