UNMIK deputy head meets with Kosovo local government administration minister

11 November 2014 - The Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General (DSRSG) in Kosovo, Ms. Jennifer Brush, today met with Kosovo's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Government Administration, Mr. Slobodan Petrovic. Despite UNMIK's evolved role, the Mission’s continued work at the municipal level, particularly in northern Kosovo, was highlighted by the Deputy Prime Minister, who also gave an overview of municipal projects and budgetary issues in the northern municipalities. They also discussed the statute of the future community/association of Serb municipalities and related modalities.
