5 September - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Zahir Tanin, condemns the recent severe vandalism of the memorial plaque commemorating the 14 Kosovo Serb victims killed in July 1999 in Grackë e Vjetër/Staro Gracko. Such acts are detrimental to Kosovo’s path towards promoting constructive relations between its communities.
