The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK Caroline Ziadeh reiterates that unilateral actions that could increase tensions, jeopardize stability and undermine trust among communities should be avoided. Outstanding issues, including plans to reopen the Ibar/Ibri Bridge in Mitrovicë/Mitrovica to vehicular traffic, should be resolved through the EU-facilitated Dialogue.
