The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK, Ms. Caroline Ziadeh, met with the Head of the Liaison Office of Greece, Ambassador Chryssoula Aliferi, at UNMIK Headquarters.

SRSG Ziadeh and Ambassador Aliferi exchanged views on the UN support for the EU-facilitated dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina. SRSG Ziadeh commended Greece’s long-standing contribution in Kosovo, from early post-conflict phases through participation in KFOR and EULEX, as well as longer-term reconstruction and economic cooperation. The SRSG expressed her best wishes to Ambassador Aliferi in her future endeavours.
