SRSG Caroline Ziadeh welcomed the new UNDP Resident Representative Nuno Queirós for Kosovo during a meeting held at UNMIK today.

The pair discussed the core elements of UN work in Kosovo, including the Mission's trustbuilding efforts and Rule of Law and Human Rights agenda as well as the broader UN Sustainable Development goals and their application in Kosovo.

Both expressed their readiness to work collaboratively to advance progress in these priority areas.
