The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK, Ms. Caroline Ziadeh, met with the Mayor of Pristina Municipality, Mr. Përparim Rama, and senior municipal staff on 21 February.

19 January 2022, Pristina - We are pleased to announce the arrival of Caroline Ziadeh of Lebanon as the new Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Kosovo and Head of the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). 

In theatres and community centres throughout Kosovo, UNMIK brought a global campaign against Gender-based violence to a local level, sparking discussion and raising awareness about early marriage.
