The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK, Ms. Caroline Ziadeh, met with the Mayor of Pristina Municipality, Mr. Përparim Rama, and senior municipal staff on 21 February.

During the meeting, the SRSG and the Mayor exchanged views on the role played by sustainable urban development towards promoting social cohesion and dialogue among communities.

The SRSG and the Mayor Rama discussed cooperation on a variety of fronts, including on inter-community relations, and agreed to remain in contact in that respect.
