The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK, Ms. Caroline Ziadeh, met with the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Japan to Kosovo, Mr. Keisuke Yamanaka on 10 February 2022 at UNMIK Headquarters. They discussed Japan’s and the Mission’s respective priorities in Kosovo in promoting social cohesion, health, education, “green economy”, gender equality and support for Kosovo’s communities.  

SRSG Ziadeh will continue meeting with representatives of the international community in Kosovo over the coming weeks.
