PRISTINA - Today, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Zahir Tanin, hosted Major General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta for a farewell meeting ahead of the upcoming Kosovo Force Change of Command.

The two discussed the situation in Kosovo and longer term perspectives in the region, as well as coordination among key actors of the international community. SRSG Tanin thanked Major General Miglietta for his leadership during his tenure as Commander of KFOR and expressed his confidence in the strategic relationship with KFOR.
