Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Zahir Tanin, met with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic; the First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Serbia, Ivica Dacic; Serbia’s Director of the Office for Kosovo, Marko Djuric; and diplomatic representatives. 

SRSG Tanin visited Belgrade as part of his regular consultations with stakeholders and came in advance of the quarterly Security Council meeting on Kosovo, scheduled for November.

During the meetings SRSG Tanin and his interlocutors reviewed current political dynamics, the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, as well as the upcoming meeting of the Security Council.
