The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK, Ms. Caroline Ziadeh welcomed Mr. Fabian Salvioli, the Special Rapporteur on the Promotion of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Guarantees of Non-Recurrence, at UNMIK Headquarters today.
